Construction activities generate dust, and dust can be inhaled. SEI, Inc. Lead Paint Inspection services prior to construction activities which could disturb painted surfaces, including renovation and demolition activities.
Additionally, SEI, Inc. can provide contractors with OSHA Lead Compliance Training for Workers and Supervisors.
During construction activities, SEI can provide employee exposure assessment monitoring for comparison to the Action Level and the Permissible Exposure Level for Lead.
Performing renovations in a Child-occupied Facility or Target House? SEI can work with our Training Partner, Environmental Technologies, Inc., to provide EPA-certified Renovate, Repair and Painting Training for your crews. EPA's RRP Program requires a Certified RRP Supervisor be on-site during certain phases of work in any residential structure built prior to 1978.
